Wednesday coasteering
A lot of fun despite the cold! Tuesday surfers were the coasteering group today
most of the people enjoyed going through tight holes and spaces
It was very funny and I enjoyed going through the rocks and getting wet. Most people in my group helped me. We made a fire out of wood and sticks and we had some marsmallows and then we had some roasted banana. JK
Coasteering was such good fun. Going through the cracks I thought would be really hard but it turned out to be great fun and surprisingly easy. We also made fires and roasted marshmallows and bananas. When we were rock pooling my team caught three sea anemones four crabs and two blennies. A B.
Coasteering was really fun I enjoyed going through the rocks and through the eye of the needle
it was a really small gap. T.R

Tuesday surfing
The best bit was standing up on the board(Joe M)
The best bit was when Joe M fell off because Michael was in the way so he fell off and Joe went smashing into the water (James W)
Glorious, sunny weather, icy seas and determined instructors. A great day surfing for our 24 intrepid boarders! Putsborough beach is a wonderful location for young surfers!
Tuesday coasteering
Rock pooling could have gone on for another hour, pipe fish, blennies and crabs found themselves being ambushed, examined and photographed before being returned to the wild. Fire building was followed by marshmallow toasting then onto the rocks for some excitingly wet coasteering
Great journey down marred only by the chocolate fiend who generously returned what he had eaten. Arrived in good time to beautiful sunny weather. Children settled quickly and having found their rooms and luggage set about the ropes course with gusto. Greta effort from Olivia and Sasha on the elvis walk!
